Banana Log: Mules and Muggers

This is the second part of the sail of a lifetime through the Caribbean with an extreme hiking adventure to the Caribbean’s highest mountain and with not always enjoyable island encounters like being mugged in a dark alley and my well-off crew lured into a million dollar real estate purchase.
The sailing became rougher, the cruise a race against time, always tacking against strong trade winds only interrupted by powerful tropical waves, the first messengers of the approaching hurricane season.
The colorful variety of islands and clashing cultures of people from different nations with sailors and islanders makes the cruise a life adventure.
